About David Gottesman
Trial work involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. Attorney David Gottesman has been practicing law since 1973. After practicing with the Leonard Professional Association for a short time, he became a sole practitioner and later founded the Nashua-based firm Gottesman & Hollis, P.A. in 1978. In addition to his contributions to the legal community, Gottesman also served as a New Hampshire state senator for District 12, which covered a portion of Nashua, along with Hollis, Brookline and Mason, from 2004-2008. Throughout the years, Gottesman has received numerous honors for his work as an attorney from his peers. He has been rated an AV-rated lawyer by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest ranking possible with that group, and has been cited as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" for personal injury litigation by the national polling firm Woodward/White Inc. every year since 2003.
