Former Colorado State Public Defender who had the privilege of representing impoverished and disadvantaged citizens in Colorado Springs and Teller County. Beyond fighting for a cause I believe in (challenging the inequality of justice applied against the poor) I’ve built lifelong relationships with both clients and like-minded attorneys in this fight together. Gained a tremendous amount of experience in litigation and trial work. Defended numerous clients ranging from petty crime up to multiple homicides against my clients. In the face of long odds as defense attorneys, we wear with pride a badge of honor zealously advocating on behalf of our clients.Now, as a private criminal defense and personal injury attorney, I find myself still fighting for those whose voices and causes are unheard and who are at risk of being drowned out by the government or large corporations. After my time concluded as a Public Defender, we added an additional office in Denver with a focus on personal injury and criminal defense.
