David Klibaner

I am an experienced plaintiff-only personal injury attorney. If for some reason I cannot help someone who needs representation I know who can and will gladly make a referral. I am passionate about helping those who have been hurt by individual, corporate, or governmental wrongdoers who have chosen to violate basic safety rules which protect us all. I am a proud graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming. I am active in the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and cochair the Premises Liability Committee. I like to mentor new lawyers and have been asked to co-counsel numerous cases. My favorite non-legal activity is being a tutor twice a week at a local elementary school as part of Reading Partners, a fantastic national nonprofit which serves to provide volunteer tutors to K-4 students needing assistance and who want to catch up on their reading skills.
