About Gretchen Lipman
Having worked and lived in the Denver area for most of my life, I enjoy serving my community and working with my clients to get positive outcomes and solutions to their problems. My practice consists primarily of family law and employment law. I have an "AV-Preeminent" peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, am named as a Best Lawyer honoree, and ranked as a Super Lawyer. In the family law area, I handle divorce matters, parental responsibility and parenting time (also known as custody) issues, and premarital agreements. I am also a trained parenting coordinator/decision maker for families in order to avoid costly and lengthy post-decree actions. I really enjoy parent coordinator/decision maker work. When counseling clients in employment matters, I assist them with employment contracts, handbooks, regulatory and compliance issues, noncompetition agreements, employment or independent contractor relationships, as well as terminations and wrongful workplace conduct. I review and draft personnel policies, procedures and manuals, as well as draft and negotiate employment, severance, and restrictive covenants.
