Cathy Tallerico is a Managing Shareholder and Attorney at Lyons Gaddis. Cathy is a litigator who specializes in employment, education and special district laws. She has more than twenty-five years’ experience in providing counsel and advice on employment related matters, and assists private and public employers with personnel matters, internal investigations, and compliance with state and federal laws such as anti-discrimination laws and wage and hour laws. Cathy has substantial trial and appellate experience in civil litigation, representing clients in State and Federal Courts. She handles a wide variety of lawsuits involving the Colorado governmental immunity act, open records/meeting, civil rights, discrimination claims, construction matters and insurance coverage disputes.Cathy is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for her clients. A frequent speaker on employment and education issues, Cathy enjoys educating clients on the law. She is a past President of the Colorado Council of School Board Attorneys, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She is an active member of the Colorado and Boulder County Bar Associations, Employment Law Sections.
