About David Faulkner,
David has been a Partner with Christian & Small since it was founded in 2001. Before that he was an associate at Rives & Peterson and Spain & Gillon. He is a civil litigation attorney. He is Co-Chair of the firm's Retail Practice Group and has extensive litigation experience defending clients from lawsuits and claims involving premises and products liability, commercial transportation and trucking, auto, personal injury, fraud, insurance and general commercial/business litigation claims. Practice Focus: Civil Defense Litigation - Products and Premises Liability, Transportation, Fraud and Personal Injury. David was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in November, 2014, where he serves and represents the people of District 46, which includes parts of Hoover, Homewood and Mountain Brook.
