Thomas Bradley

I advise private and public sector employers on labor and employment issues, legislation, the Illinois and United States constitutions, and state and federal employment and labor laws, and represent employers in arbitrations, administrative hearings, circuit court and federal litigation, appeals, and other proceedings. Specifically, I have represented employers in trials and other evidentiary hearings including injunction actions, administrative hearings, grievance and interest arbitrations, charges, and other labor and employment matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. I have provided employers with day-to-day counseling and strategy on labor and employment matters, including investigations, contract negotiations, compliance issues, and drafting and review of policies and contracts. I am a published author on legal issues, have been a featured speaker at labor and employment conferences, have provided training and advice to employers and business leaders on compliance with difficult legal issues. In my role as Adjunct Professor of Law I teach the next generation of lawyers to write and argue persuasively on a host of legal issues.
