Jonathan Lotsoff

For over 25 years, I have litigated complex employment claims, including class and collective actions arising under federal, state and local employment discrimination, pay equity, and other laws, as well as disputes arising under collective bargaining agreements. I also have significant experience litigating and counseling with respect to restrictive covenant and business tort matters, including noncompetition agreement and trade secret claims, and advising on the employment and labor law aspects of corporate transactions. I am committed to giving back to the community and have served on numerous non-profit boards, currently including a school for autism-spectrum children.
