Anna Perocchi

Anna K. Perocchi represents and counsels employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including high-stakes single-plaintiff and class action wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation. Anna’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state statutes, as well as other statutory and common law theories. Anna also handles internal investigations, advising employers on appropriate responses and remediation measures. Her clients operate in a wide group of industry sectors that include healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, transportation, and online retailing. In addition to her litigation and investigation practice, Anna drafts, revises, and assists clients with employment policies and agreements, severance and separation packages, warning and discipline documentation, and workforce communications.
