As Winston & Strawn’s Managing Partner, Internal Affairs, I am responsible for non-partner talent recruitment, development, and management; opportunity and inclusion, pro bono and CSR promotion; coordination with office managing partners, department chairs and practice group leaders; personnel and human resource matters; risk and crisis management; and internal communications and coordination. I also have an active employment law practice as a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group. Over my 25-plus-year career, I have concentrated my practice on employment relations litigation and counseling matters. I have significant experience representing clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, food service, financial service, and transportation industries.
