I am a partner in Troutman Pepper Locke LLP's litigation department and handle a wide variety of complex ‎commercial, bankruptcy, environmental, employment, and product liability matters in both state ‎and federal courts. I publish and speak on commercial litigation issues, international terrorism ‎cases, and multiemployer pension plan withdrawal liability.
