Ami Wynne

Ami Wynne is an experienced and trusted litigator, internal investigator and adviser to organizations and their boards of directors in their most sensitive and complex employment matters. She handles high-profile employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination claims, for employers of all sizes, across a range of industries. Ami is frequently engaged to lead internal investigations of sensitive claims involving sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace culture and conflicts of interest, particularly when there are concerns about potential reputational risk in the media or the community. These include matters have focusing on workplace culture, the impacts of social justice movements, and claims of systemic employment discrimination. Ami also regularly advises clients on strategic human resources issues involving diversity, equity & inclusion and negotiates key executive hires and sensitive separations. Ami also is a leader within her law firm, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, serving as the Managing Partner of Morgan Lewis's Chicago Office and a co-leader of the firm’s Education Industry Team. Ami also is engaged in the Chicago community. She currently sits on the boards of Legal Aid Chicago and Lawyers Lend A Hand to Youth. Ami is a Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and a current member of the Chicago Economic Club.
