Elin Park

I am a litigation attorney. I represent companies in complex commercial litigation and class actions across a range of consumer protection areas, including false advertising, unfair or deceptive trade practices, product liability and privacy. I also handle disputes involving real estate. In addition, I represent clients in regulatory proceedings and internal and government investigations. I work closely with, and report directly to, officers of companies, who consider me a trusted adviser. I have been recognized for my effective advocacy by the courts, including a federal court that described my advocacy as "superlative." My practice spans a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, trade association, technology, energy and utilities, financial institutions and insurance. I work with companies of varying sizes, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. I have been appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on its Committee on Character and Fitness. I am highly engaged in legal and civic communities, and I have received awards from the federal court, bar associations and other organizations. In addition, I have held executive leadership roles across multiple bar associations. I speak Korean.
