Following a 37-year career (the last 14) at Proskauer Rose LLP, where I served as Co-Chair of the Corporate Restructuring, Business Solutions and Bankruptcy Practice, I founded Ocean Boulevard Strategic Advisors to advise organizations at the intersection of governance, capital, operations, technology, and long-term enterprise value.
