Managed/facilitated approval of thousands of marriage & fiance visa filings via consular processing and adjustment of status in the U.S. 🚩 Removal Proceedings Foreign national’s (Mexico) marriage-based green card denial was overturned, allegations of marriage fraud were deemed without merit and Immigration Judge orders green card to be issued. Long time U.S. permanent resident from Iraq with drug possession conviction successfully defends against removal proceedings & retains green card. FUN FACT 🎥 An Off-Broadway play, The Courtroom, was produced based on verbatim transcripts of trials and my successful defense of clients, Elizabeth & John Keathley. The Courtroom is now a feature film and was recently honored as an Official Selection of the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.
