Kristin Flanagan

Beginning in 2020, I became the Managing Partner of The Law Offices of Christopher D. Edmonds, Ltd. I proudly continued the family law legacy created by my father, Christopher Edmonds, who founded The Law Offices of Christopher D. Edmonds, Ltd., and had more than 40 years of experience litigating and advocating on behalf of his clients. I received my Juris Doctorate from John Marshall College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and earned my undergraduate degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. I specialize in all areas of Family Law including, but not limited to, divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, child support, maintenance, property division, relocation, high assets financial matters, and Orders of Protections. I have served hundreds of clients in Cook, DuPage, Will and Kane counties with majority of the cases settling after zealous negotiation. I listen, actively negotiate, and litigate any matter as long as my clients’ interests are served. I have gone to Trial on numerous highly contested legal matters including relocation of children, military divorce and custody, as well as financial matters.
