Terri Brieske

Terri L. Brieske is a Family Advocate. Ms. Brieske focuses her practice primarily in family law. She has substantial experience in all aspects of family law issues, including complex dissolution proceedings, the division of assets, custody issues, mental health evaluations connected to custody matters, as well as securing and defending orders of protection. Ms. Brieske has advised clients relating to both prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and has extensive experience in post-decree matters, including the enforcement of obligations pursuant to Judgments for Dissolution of Marriage and court orders. Ms. Brieske also has extensive experience as a general commercial litigator.
