My law practice primarily consists of sophisticated civil litigation. I have significant experience in complex commercial disputes, including claims of breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of confidentiality and competition covenants, patent and trade dress infringement, claims under the Lanham Act, intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of employment contracts, insurance coverage, commercial real estate mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, claims under ERISA by participants, plans and fiduciaries, will contests and trust construction actions, shareholder and partner disputes. I have appellate, trial and arbitration experience in state and federal courts.I also represent small businesses and individuals in diverse business law matters, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, employment agreements, shareholder agreements, business succession plans, risk management, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchase and sales of businesses, business formation and estate planning.
