Joe Giamanco

I am the Managing Partner of Giamanco Law Partners, Ltd., a multi-office Illinois law firm focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate legal issues with practical advice, strong advocacy, and real-world solutions. My practice has included extensive litigation experience, with more than 50 jury trials as lead or sole trial counsel in nearly all of them, more than 1,000 mandatory arbitration hearings, and work across personal injury, wrongful death, contract disputes, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, real estate matters, business issues, estate planning, and general litigation throughout Illinois. In March of 2026 I was also the first attorney in the state to reach a verdict stemming from the Civil Doxing Act. I earned my J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and my B.A. from the University of Denver, where I studied Political Science and Sociology with a minor in Leadership Studies. After starting my legal career in Chicago, I built my firm with a simple goal: provide high-quality legal representation while building long-term relationships and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Beyond my law practice, I am deeply committed to leadership and community service. I serve on the Illinois Supreme Court Civil Jury Instruction Committee and the Illinois Supreme Court Access to Justice Finance Sub-Committee, and I have remained active with the Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce, First National Bank of Nokomis, Lawyers in the Library, and the Rotary Club of Bolingbrook. I have also been honored as the 2025 Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce Business Leader of the Year. I am also an entrepreneur, real estate investor, podcast co-host, husband, father, and endurance athlete.
