protecting our clients and their families in their time of need is the reason i practice law when i opened the law firm in 2004, i promised to make two critical commitments to our clients. 1. to represent you creatively and assertively - every case is unique, and your case presents its own set of facts and circumstances. drawing on our strong knowledge of the law, we seek to pursue our client's interests, and minimize the defense's effectiveness, by adopting aggressive, innovative approaches to the law. through the pre-trial discovery process, we seek to establish facts and elicit admissions that will show the insurance company that we are pursuing a strong liability case, and will be presenting a compelling case of damages. if we cannot reach a reasonable settlement, then the matter will be presented to a jury. 2. to help you understand your case fully - the case belongs to you, the client, not us. clients need to understand the strengths and weaknesses of both their own case and the defense's case. when the time comes to decide whether to settle the case or proceed to trial, you, the client, will be able to make a fully informed decision. of course, we'll offer our advice, but in the end, the decision is always the client's. clients cannot make solid, informed decisions without a firm understanding of the legal basis of their case, of the defense case, and of all the facts that our investigation has brought out about their accident and injury. this requires regular, ongoing communication from us to you. i have been practicing law exclusively in the area of plaintiff's personal injury work for over 25 years, representing victims of negligence and their families. i have not and will not represent insurance companies. no recovery, no fee. if you have questions about your legal situation, or that of a loved one, please contact my office today for your free initial consultation.
