Experienced trial attorney who handles all types of criminal offenses including misdemeanor traffic, DUI, juvenile law, mental health court/drug court/DUI court, general felonies, drug offenses, and juvenile abuse and neglect matters. Additional experience handling Guardianship matters (disabled adult and minor child), Wills/Trusts/POA, and Orders of Protection/No Contact Orders. Currently the Prosecutor for the Villages of Lakewood, Lakemoor, Hebron and McCullom Lake, handling petty, misdemeanor traffic and DUI prosecutions. Appointed Administrative Law Judge for the City McHenry, Village of Holiday Hills, Marengo, Island Lake, Tower Lakes, and Lake Barrington. I am currently on the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Police Social Work Division Advisory Council as well as the Illinois Commission on Professionalism’s Advisory Council’s recent initiative to address bullying in the workforce.
