Principal of The Bellows Law Group, Laurel has nearly 40 years of experience counseling senior executives, corporations, compensation committees and human resource directors in connection with executive compensation, employment and severance agreements, and workplace disputes. Ms. Bellows is a skilled negotiator, and offers strategic counseling on diverse client matters ranging from commercial litigation for large corporations to small-to-medium sized businesses to start-ups.
