Megan Shore

Megan works across the country in nursing home abuse and neglect, assisted living abuse and neglect, community integrated living arrangement (CILA) abuse and neglect, and medical malpractice cases. Megan has a 100% success rate at obtaining a jury verdict or settlement in favor of her clients. She has been awarded Super Lawyer's Illinois Rising Star, The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers, The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 10 Nursing Home Lawyers, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and The Trial Lawyer magazine's Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers. Throughout her career, Megan also has presented at law schools and continuing education courses for lawyers across the country on electronic medical records, audit trails, preventing obstruction of justice, written and oral discovery, and the Medical Studies Act. Megan also served as a consultant to AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) and several states' Attorney Generals. In addition to being an attorney, Megan also provides consulting and training services to attorneys on electronic medical records, audit trails, and nursing home litigation.
