I'm an in-house counsel with more than 6 years of experience in a wide range of global labor & employment issues, such as workplace investigations, pay transparency, compensation and benefits, accommodations, employment agreements, employment policies and SOPs, and performance management (including hiring, severance, and RIFs). My practice extends beyond labor and employment. I partner effectively with internal stakeholders to assess business and legal risks, and improve and create efficient processes and trainings. I also advise internal stakeholders on commercial contracts (such as NDAs, MSAs, and proprietary information agreements), M&A due diligence, and emerging privacy legislation. Prior to working in-house, I was a litigation associate at law firms, practicing labor and employment and commercial litigation.
