Andrew Ramage

I have over 26 years of legal experience working with health care, businesses, executives, and governmental clients with demonstrated leadership abilities and a history of working with and gaining the respect and confidence of executives and institutional leaders. My practice includes litigating cases and advising clients on medical liability issues, corporate governance, health care staffing and resource issues, regulatory and risk management issues, establishment of guidelines and policies, civil rights defense, contract negotiation and interpretation, and employment issues. I also have considerable outside general counsel experience, particularly with health care providers and government. I oversee a wide variety of complex litigation and legal issues as one of the most senior attorneys and litigators at Brown, Hay & Stephens, LLP, the oldest law firm in Illinois, where we are committed to fostering teamwork, accessibility, diversity, and mutual respect.
