Johner Wilson

Joh-ner T. Wilson III (called "J.T.") is a lead trial attorney offering a panoply of legal services for public and private corporations of various sizes, including Fortune 500 and global companies. J.T. helps his clients manage costs and minimize financial exposure in single and multi-plaintiff, class and collective action ADA, ADEA, Federal Employers' Liability Act, First Amendment, Joint-Employer, OSHA, official/police misconduct, Monell, premises and products liability, Retaliation, Wage & Hour, Whistleblower and Worker Misclassification cases at trial in federal and state courts across the country.
