I represent brokerages, insurers, businesses, and professionals navigating complex liability, regulatory exposure, and operational risk. My practice focuses on resolving high-stakes matters while addressing the underlying systems that create recurring exposure. Where many attorneys concentrate on the immediate case, I work to identify and fix the structural issues that lead to repeated problems. I approach each matter across its full lifecycle—from the initial transaction through final resolution. By analyzing patterns in documentation, communication, and decision-making, I help clients defend claims, and reduce the likelihood of future disputes. In addition to litigation and regulatory defense, I serve as outside counsel on business risk, operational structure, and emerging areas of exposure, including those involving data use, automation, and AI-driven decision-making. I regularly represent clients before the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, the Indiana Real Estate Commission, and other regulatory bodies, and advise organizations seeking both effective defense and long-term risk mitigation. I am admitted to practice in Indiana state and federal courts and before the Supreme Court of the United States. My work is grounded in how professional disputes actually arise in practice—not just how they are litigated.
