Jeffrey Hantz

Jeffrey R. Hantz is a Shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of health care law, with a particular emphasis in medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hantz served as a law clerk to Justice Cynthia Baldwin in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hantz is a member of the Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In 2004 Mr. Hantz graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science with honors from the Schreyer Honors College and a minor in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the United States Paralympic Track and Field Team at the 2004 Athens Paralympic Games. In 2008 he received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law, where he received the Distinguished Student Award as voted by the law school faculty. As a member of Law Review, he served as the Executive Criminal Procedure Editor on the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's “Pennsylvania Criminal Procedure: Elements, Analysis, and Application,” 2nd edition by Professor Bruce Antkowiak.
