Deniz Reilly

My practice is focused on employment litigation and counseling on workplace issues. As an employment litigator, I defend employers of varying sizes and industries against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, hostile work environment, whistle-blowing, and wage and hour disputes in the employment setting. I represent clients in state and federal court, in arbitration, and before various state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, the Department of Labor, the PHRC, and the NJ Division on Civil Rights. I also frequently counsel employers, serving as a point of contact for management and HR on workplace-related decisions and best practices for hiring, firing, discipline, and accommodations. I prepare employment policies, contracts and handbooks, and also counsel employers on such policies, workplace investigations, and other related employment issues. Additionally, I regularly conduct training sessions for my clients, ranging from training for HR and management to company-wide trainings for all employees, on emerging workplace issues.
