I am an attorney at Fisher & Phillip LLP, a national labor and employment law firm with 28 offices across the country. Although I technicially work out of Fisher & Phillip's Philadelphia office, I spend the vast majority of my time working remotely from the Central Pennsylvania region. My practice includes defending employers in matters in which former employees have alleged race, national origin, age, disability, gender, and other discrimination claims as well as claims against employers for sexual harassment, breach of employment contract, defamation, and wrongful termination. I also specialize in non-compete and trade secret litigation and counseling. I have worked on numerous issues in this context, including covenants not to compete; non-solicitation covenants; non-disclosure agreements; fiduciary duty/duty of loyalty claims; tortious interference with contract; unfair competition; misappropriation of trade secrets; and requests for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injuntions and permanent injunctive relief. I have represented clients in at least 25 states and numerous industries, including insurance; securities brokerage; medical temporary staffing; radio; retail and asset appraisal.
