After many years of practice and service as a Shareholder with the law firm of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, I am happy to announce my retirement and the transition to my new role as Of Counsel, effective January 1, 2026. In my new capacity as Of Counsel, I will remain associated with Knox Law, available to facilitate connections to other lawyers at the Firm. I also am pleased to announce that my new chapter will be devoted exclusively to serving as an independent mediator and arbitrator. My decades of experience in the practice of labor and employment law have provided me with a unique perspective to assist parties in resolving their disputes effectively through alternative dispute resolution (ADR). While an advocate with Knox Law, I represented employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education. My practice included hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks and collective bargaining. I also conducted in-house training pograms on a number of employment topics. Specialties: Labor & Employment law in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education.
