Jennifer Kline

Jennifer A. Kline began practicing law in 1992. Jennifer is a member of the York County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the PBA Section on Workers’ Compensation Law. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and serves on the Workers’ Compensation Rules Committee, a position appointed by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. She has been honored by being rated “AV-Preeminent,” the highest rating offered by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating process. She is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation only honorary society that is made up of less than one-half of one percent of all lawyers in the US. Jennifer focuses her practice exclusively on workers’ compensation and is certified as a workers’ compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
