Charles Cooper

Chip Cooper is one of the founders of Cooper & Elliott. A Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Chip has 40 years of civil trial experience and has litigated cases throughout the Midwest and in Texas, California, Colorado, Florida and Mississippi. In addition to an active practice as a medical malpractice and wrongful death attorney, Chip has argued numerous times before the Ohio Supreme Court and before various federal and state appellate courts. He enjoys mentoring new trial lawyers, lectures often to trial lawyer organizations on various civil litigation topics, and periodically serves as a guest lecturer at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
