Jing Zhang

Jing works as an attorney with UB Greensfelder LLP. She focuses her practice on immigration and international business. Her international background endows her with a global perspective and understanding of clients’ problems and needs. She is determined to help solve clients’ problems under her motto of “Local Standing, Global Reach.” In immigration, Jing primarily handles H-1B, PERM-based EB-2, EB-5, L-1, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, EB-3, F-1, J-1, O-1, B-1/B-2, TN, family-based immigration, and naturalization cases. She understands the urgency and concerns of immigrant clients because of her own experience. She handles each immigrant case as if it is her own. Her objective is to obtain “approval” for her immigrant clients. With her fluency in Chinese and deep appreciation of Chinese culture, Jing also helps Chinese companies, restaurants, students, professionals, and families solve a range of legal problems in addition to immigration. She has helped a number of Chinese businesses to form business entities in the United States. She advises Chinese businesses on contracts, commercial leases, employment agreements and other business matters. Jing also partners with other attorneys in her firm to provide legal services in the areas of estate planning, real estate, domestic relations, and taxes, among others.Jing nurtures a growing network with China. She has represented U.S. companies in international transactions with Chinese businesses. With her extensive networks with attorneys in China, she is able to guide American companies that plan to do business in China.
