Charles Bowers

I am a partner in the Cleveland office of Taft. I practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, white collar criminal defense, employment discrimination claims, products liability defense, professional negligence defense, insurance coverage, class actions, cybersecurity, appellate advocacy and construction litigation.I have been selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of commercial litigation since 2016 and named one of America’s Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys.I earned my undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, and my law degree from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to joining the firm, I practiced law in many areas of general practice, including civil defense and criminal prosecution. I am a member of the John M.
