James Williams

I currently counsel and represent clients on matters involving complex litigation and business disputes, including asset purchase disputes, shareholder disputes, and contract matters. I have experience representing clients in multi-million dollar merger and acquisition issues. I have also handled seven-figure settlements for aggrieved shareholders and suppressed owners of limited liability companies and incorporated entities. I additionally represent and advise a wide array of employers in workers' compensation appeals and employment contract disputes, including defending and enforcing non-competition provisions. Other areas of my litigation practice include handling products-liability cases, personal injury defense, and probate disputes. Previously, I served as Judicial Attorney to the Honorable Timothy P. Cannon in the Eleventh District Court of Appeals.
