I am Chair of KMK's Mass Tort and Insurance Coverage Practice Group and formerly served as Chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. My practice is focused on advising and litigating on behalf of mass tort settlement trusts and other commercial clients. I have first chair trial experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country.
