Eric Leist

I am a Sr. Attorney at Victoria's Secret & Co. in the Central Ohio area, where I am responsible for handling legal matters for the Company in the labor & employment arena. I have previously represented and advised clients nationwide from my base in Columbus, Ohio. My employment practice was primarily litigation-oriented but also involves a significant amount of client counseling. I am a graduate of the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University. At the Maurer School of Law, I dedicated myself to pursuing as many litigation opportunities as I could before finding my true passion was in the Labor & Employment field. Accordingly, I was a finalist in our internal Moot Court Competition, externed on the Supreme Court of Indiana, aided a professor in writing a book on evidence law, competed in both internal and external trial competitions, and served as the Executive Judge Coordinator on our Moot Court Board. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in May 2014. While at Ohio State, I also studied Economics and Spanish and graduated with a minor in each. Moreover, I studied Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering for three years, and had several internships with GE Aviation that combined elements of both the business and the engineering sides of the company. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, hiking, continuing my search for the world's best cup of coffee, and cheering on my almae matres' sports teams.
