Ryan Spitzer

Ryan is an accomplished attorney well-versed in navigating complex legal terrain. His expertise centers on Labor and Employment and Public Law. With a background in representing management and employers, Ryan’s experience includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, defending employers in grievance arbitrations, and representing management before bodies like the National Labor Relations Board, State Employment Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Ohio Civil Rights Commission. He also provides day-to-day guidance to HR professionals on ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and Collective Bargaining Agreement interpretations. Before transitioning to private practice, Ryan was an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Miami County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, handling civil and criminal cases. His role also extended to providing legal guidance to the Miami County Board of County Commissioners, various townships, and acting as a Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney across multiple counties in the region.
