About Rosalyn Charles
Rosalyn is an experienced trial attorney, results oriented and solution-focused professional who seeks practical outcomes for her clients. She is an adept negotiator with a seasoned track record in dispute resolution. Over the course of her career she's gained experience --- as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney; handling high net worth divorce and family matters; closing residential and commercial real estate transaction and as general counsel for start ups. She is currently engaged in the private practice of law and is a founding partner at Ecquinabis, LLC -- a cannabis consulting firm. While with the Essex County Prosecutors Office, Rosalyn was given major management assignments in the Cold Case Unit and Narcotics Division. Thereafter, she served four years as a Municipal Judge, which included a stint as Acting Chief Judge. Rosalyn shares her expertise and comments on television, radio and with the print media. She can be seen on various episodes of Jupiter Entertainment's long running docu-drama, "FATAL ATTRACTION" & FOR MY MAN. She also appears regularly on Court TV. She is a member of the Garden State Bar, NJ New Jersey State Bar Association -- Cannabis Law Committee and Family Law Section & Essex County Bar Association -- co-chair Small Firm Section.
