MICHAEL J. ALIVERNINI focuses his practice on general liability defense, premises liability defense, construction litigation and insurance coverage. His experience includes representing self-insureds, domestic insurers and Certain Underwriters Lloyd's of London in first-party coverage defense and property and casualty defense matters. Mr. Alivernini has represented clients in large loss property subrogation matters, in which he negotiated substantial recoveries and participated in numerous jury trials in order to secure favorable jury verdicts. In addition, he has successfully defended his clients in personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Alivernini represents corporations as well as small businesses in business disputes.
