I have created an ongoing scholarship at Richard Stockton University and provided funding to a private school to continue operation during the Financial Crisis. New Jersey Supreme Court Memeber of a team who successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on a matter of first impression that ht the Retail Installment Sales Acgt and applied to rent-to-own agreements. Employment Discrimination Along with Mary Lee Leahy obtained summary judgement before the Seventh Circuit which found that the MMPI is a medical test requiring confidentiality under the ADA. Civil Rights Reinstated Plaintiff's class claims of being wrongfully strip-seaaarched after the Supreme Court of the United States dismissed the same class in Florence v. Burlington County . I'm a life long learner who is studying Spanish and exploring not for profits that are involved with civil rights or climate change.
