About Robert Arcovio
Mr. Arcovio's practice has involved the defense of insured and self-insured entities in civil litigation since 1979. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has successfully defended clients in all areas of casualty and contract litigation, and frequently defends clients in professional liability/legal malpractice litigation, coverage litigation, and products liability litigation.
