About Charles Messina
Over the years, I've gained significant experience litigating various types of matters in NJ and NY federal and state courts, as well as in other jurisdictions around the country. These cases range from complex contract and commercial business disputes, to insurance and employment defense matters, trademark infringement, and professional liability, TCPA and shareholder derivative actions. I also regularly counsel companies and their executives with various consumer and employee related issues, including real estate companies, produce companies, commercial landlords/developers, franchisors/franchisees, musicians/athletes and their agents, ski resorts, car dealerships and construction companies, among others.
