About Alexander Ross
Alex Ross is a civil trial attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 40 years' experience. Alex has had numerous jury trials with successful verdicts and has personally argued many cases before all levels of Courts, including the New Jersey Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, as well as various administrative agencies. Alex represents individuals and large and small businesses as plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters, including general litigation, personal injury, subrogation, products liability, employment and insurance law and contract disputes. Alex has successfully obtained millions of dollars in settlements and has also defended businesses and insurance carriers in high-risk cases. Alex has been the primary attorney responsible for many published opinions in leading cases on procedural and substantive law, including the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court. Alex is certified by the Superior Court of New Jersey and the federal District of New Jersey as a civil arbitrator and is a member of numerous bar associations. Alex also served as a United States Senate Intern.
