I am the Co-Chair of my firm's Corporate and Business Law practice. I act as outside general counsel to businesses and business owners on legal, compliance, and contracting issues in both regular operations and non- day-to-day transactions and initiatives. My areas of focus include corporate, acquisitions and sales, executive counselling, pharma, and general transactional matters.
