Jessica Leaven

I am a partner with Leaven Law Firm PLLC where my practice focuses on Employment Law. I have litigated in both state and federal court and before the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings and Industrial Commission. I also have an extensive background in appellate work before the North Carolina Supreme Court, North Carolina Court of Appeals, and North Carolina Industrial Commission. In addition to obtaining a successful ruling from the North Carolina Supreme Court in and employment lawsuit under the North Carolina Whistleblower Act, I have litigated a wide variety of other employment law cases. These include sexual harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act, Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act cases and wage and hour class and collective actions.
