John Miskey

John is a partner at Bagwell Holt Smith and manages the firm's Family Law department. His practice includes all aspects of Family Law, including separation and divorce, premarital and postmarital agreements, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, adoptions and termination of parental rights. While John primarily practices in Orange, Durham, Wake and Chatham Counties, he has represented clients from Burgaw to Boone. John resides in Cary with his wife and young daughter. He is proud sponsor of the Compass Center for Women and Families in Chapel Hill where he leads a free divorce workshop each month and the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
