I help executives and company founders (and those aspiring to be) navigate career transitions. Whether starting a new venture or moving on to new opportunities, I guide executives through the maze of documents and decisions. I am adept at defusing complicated and intense employment disputes. I particularly enjoy assisting women executives and entrepreneurs negotiate the best possible outcome. I have significant experience in counseling academic entrepreneurs who are starting a new venture. I understand the complex and often conflicting objectives of the university and the professor and create solutions that respect the intellectual property and other rights of both parties. I provide engaging harassment training (really!) and conduct workplace investigations. I founded my own firm after years of practicing corporate and securities law and employment law at elite national and regional law firms. I have chosen these areas of law and this manner of one-on-one legal practice because I know how intensely personal it can be to make a career move, start a new venture or be involved in an employment dispute. Each of these are times when clients benefit from experienced counsel and trusted advice.
