My first hand experience with working against insurance companies for clients started when I was a claim adjuster for an insurance company. As an adjuster, I was responsible for resolving claims. That experience taught me that there is a natural tension in the process, and clients needed someone on their side of the rope to be sure the results are just. Since becoming an attorney and operating my firm for over a decade, I have been on client's side pulling for them in workers compensation, personal injury, med-mal, employment and education law matters.
